First Words is currently provided free of charge and does not require a membership or user account. Features may change as the app improves.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for choosing alarm times, granting required device permissions, keeping sufficient battery power and volume, and checking that alarms work on your device. Do not rely on the app as the sole alert for emergencies, medical care, safety-critical work, travel, or other situations where a missed alarm could cause serious harm.

Device and service limits

Alarm delivery can be affected by Android settings, manufacturer battery controls, Do Not Disturb, volume, force stopping the app, system updates, and device speech services. Speech recognition results can vary with language, environment, network availability, and microphone quality.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You may not misuse it, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person's rights.
